Oliasi management has established a set of house rules to ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful living environment for all students. Each one staying at the Oliasi accommodation must follow these rules at all times.

All furniture, equipment, and materials provided by Oliasi student accommodation remain the property of Oliasi. Students or residents must use them responsibly and leave them in good condition after use. Students or residents are solely responsible for the safety of their personal belongings, valuables, and cash. Oliasi student accommodation will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

Behaviour

One must treat housekeeping and management staff with respect and courtesy at all times.
Do not create noise, nuisance, or disturbance within the residence.
Maintain a peaceful, clean, and pleasant environment for all residents or students.
Inform the management immediately in case of any emergency, accident, health issue, or serious concern.
If you are suffering from any contagious disease, notify the management team immediately.
Parties, birthday celebrations, or gatherings are not allowed in rooms or common areas.
Do not throw garbage or spit anywhere on the premises.
Students must follow the rules and maintain proper conduct to ensure a safe and comfortable stay at Oliasi accommodation.

Cleaning
